Take one (1) sachet per day. Empty the entire contents into your mouth. Swallow the entire contents WITHOUT CHEWING. If you wish, you can drink water or another drink afterwards. Must not be taken by children under 3 years of age. Children between 3 and 12 years of age may take smaller quantities during the day.
